Rob Langford

Rob Langford is a native of North Florida and lives in Tallahassee, Florida. He is married and has 3 children that all love the outdoors. He is very involved in community and statewide activities through Tall Timbers Research Station, Exchange Club, Colonel's Club, Florida Farm Bureau, the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors, St. Peter's Anglican Church, and with his children. Rob is also a Board Member for the Community Foundation of North Florida and a Member of the Realtors Land Institute. Rob is a member of the Board of Trustees of Maclay School in Tallahassee, FL.

Rob has been a licensed real estate agent since 1988. He is licensed as a broker in Florida, Georgia and Alabama and presently serves as the Broker for Southern Forestry Realty, Inc. in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

Mills Brock

Mills Brock has been in both the forest industry and Real Estate since 1995.  He is also a Registered Forester in the state of Georgia which makes him uniquely qualified to serve your  timberland real estate needs. Mills is a lifelong resident of the Lake Seminole area. He is married and has two sons. The primary business focus of Mills is on large acreage/timber tracts as well as Lake Seminole area recreational properties.  

Mills has served in various positions of leadership and on several realty-related Boards including President of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors (2008), Vice President of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors( 2009), Chairman of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee for the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors and Director and a Charter Member of the Lake Seminole Association.

Bud Holleman

Bud Holleman is a native of south Georgia and lives in Bainbridge, Georgia. Today, Bud is very involved in his community, serving as an elder in the First Presbyterian Church of Bainbridge, co-chair of its Building and Grounds Ministry; member of the Agriculture  Committee of the Chamber of Commerce; and a member of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. In addition to his commitment to the community and real estate activities, he is also the Business Manager of Southern Forestry Consultants, Inc., where he is afforded the opportunity to work closely with foresters and biologists.  Bud is married and has one daughter.

John Taylor

John specializes in rural properties for recreation, farming, and timber production throughout Southeast Alabama and Southwest Georgia. John also brokers commercial real estate in the Dothan, Alabama area. He is a member of the Dothan Board of Realtors and the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. Throughout John's career, he has been active in the forest products industry, and worked for one of the industry's leading companies for 30 years. His formal education has ranged from an undergraduate degree in forestry to a Master's degree in business administration. John maintains his status as a Registered Forester in Georgia, keeping himself current in the timber market and its impact on rural real estate.

John lives in Dothan, AL, where he resides with his wife of 41 years. They have two children and five grandchildren.

Gibby's broker's licenses in Georgia and Florida meld perfectly with his General Contractor's License, his life-long work experience managing his family's farm and timberland, and his extensive experience in working with NRCS and other conservation and agricultural -related agencies. Together with over 20 years developing and marketing commercial and residential real estate, all of this makes him well equipped to assist potential buyers in identifying and qualifying properties that best fit their needs, as well as facilitating negotiations that bring buyers and sellers together.

Gibby is a 7th-generation native of Monticello and Jefferson County, Florida. He married his high school sweetheart in 1973 after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Together they have raised three daughters in the love of the outdoors and in the traditional values that continue to serve Gibby and his family.

Luke Murphy

Luke Murphy is a native of Martin County, Florida, and resides in Tallahassee. He has a passion for the outdoors and has been involved in agriculture his entire life.

While serving in Iraq, Luke was wounded by an IED and was sent to Walter Reed Army Medical Center where he received the Purple Heart. After the Army, Luke graduated from Florida State University and then obtained a Florida real estate license.

Luke is an alumni member of the Wounded Warrior project and currently sits on their National Campaign Team, a member of the VFW, American Legion, and on the board of directors of the Red Hills Wounded Warrior Group. While attending college, Luke served on Governor Charlie Crist's commission on disabilities.

Luke specializes in rural acreage, recreational tracts and timber investments.
